The lone star pattern has been a long time favorite of mine but I wanted to try it in a different way. This quilt only has one seam running down the center front and all "piecing" was done using 4 linoleum stamps and ink. After stamping the pattern by hand it was then hand quilted with alternating black and white thread. Distress, imperfection, and grit were all welcomed and embraced in this quilt.
