Florally was inspired by a challenge to design a quilt using mainly curves. The traditional petal and circle blocks are combined to create a flower block. These flower blocks are then placed in such a way that an abstract flower can also be seen in the overall design. I don't typically use bright colors or curves, so the design and fabric choices were a step outside of my comfort zone and a great chance for growth.
