Paint Chips-there are so many things to love about them. Not only are they colorful and fun to choose, (also- free!) but if you are in the process of collecting paint chips it likely means that you are making a change. Maybe even planning an adventure. Even though I didn’t set out to use paint chips as a metaphor for life, I realized that they aptly describe my past few years. A new career, a new season of life as an empty nester, and a revived sense of creativity. It is time to put all the possibilities on the table and be invigorated by all the choices. I have learned to see change as a welcome and exciting thing. Even though some changes are scary, growth is always good.
