I found my people when I attended my very first QuiltCon event in 2017 and I’ve never looked back! I love to participate in the challenges for QuiltCon each year and the chance to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the first show provided a great opportunity to play with a large scale paper pieced block. The Initial versions of the block brought all the points together to one spot. While it looked good on paper, the giant traffic jam of fabric didn’t work well in practice. After a bit of rework, the final design, color placement and quilting help the center X to jump to the front. Happy Anniversary QuiltCon!
