(MDT038) Moon Lights

This design has been percolating in my head for several years; despite its simplicity, I worked through many iterations before landing on the design you see here. The shapes and color palette remind my kids and me of the floating lanterns in Disney's "Tangled." Rapunzel was seeking adventure, but for me, making this quilt was the opposite -- a moment of calm in the middle of a very hectic month.
