This quilt design uses a drunkards path block repeated, resized and recolored to create depth. The visual result is an inset appearance for the central area. Solid fabrics in both muted and bold colors provide contrast while the use of big, big shapes gives a modern feel to the design even though a traditional grid layout is used.
