I designed this knowing I wanted a minimalist quilt with black and white stripes. I played around in Adobe Illustrator until I was happy with the composition. Working with so many bias edges was a challenge but I'm always up for one of those. My longarm quilter and I decided the design would shine with echoing lines and cross hatches, which were also a technical challenge. We make a good team.
