This piece is part of a series inspired by the shapes created by window blinds as the light changes through the day in my house.Through my improvisational process I thought about what it means to have a rich inner life that appears mundane from afar, what it means to balance lightness and dark in troubling times, how we view the world through filters of perspective, and how details emerge depending on proximity.
