For this quilt, I chose a white background and added tails of solid fabric to complement the prints chosen for the flying geese. The primary focus was the quilting. I was inspired by several modern stain glass windows to create the various sections in which I placed a variety of modern quilting designs. The geese are flying in two different straight lines while the quilting emphasizes going in circles as contrast which is a comment on our modern way of life.
