The Hudson River watershed is an important source of water throughout New York. A hundred years ago dams were built which are now unnecessary. Like coronary blockages they block circulation of life giving fluids. I created a map of the Hudson River watershed as if the waterways were blood vessels. Improvisationally pieced. Matchstick quilted.
