It is an honor to have another quilt chosen for QuiltCon magazine and to share my piecing pattern for Mexican Tile Study #3 (Worms) with everyone. A fun pattern using a Half Rectangle Triangle two at a time technique that is super fun to learn if you don't know it already. I saw a Mexican Tile on a backsplash in an article in Architectural Digest. It was reminiscent of a flower. I wondered if I could recreate it in EQ8 and once I did, I then broke it down into quadrants and started to play around with it. There were so many possibilities for this one block. This is one. Mexican Tile Study #3 (Worms) was one I made using Laundry Basket Quilts/Edyta Sitar’s Linen Texture line
