This quilt began 6 years ago, inspired by a collage my granddaughter made in kindergarten after a lesson on the art of Piet Mondrian. While I loved the central piece, based on Zoey’s original art project, I was never happy with the rest of the top. During the pandemic quarantine I ripped it apart and began anew. Both Zoey and I are happy with the result.
