Summer Galecki, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, currently serves as an Optum Clinical Educator on the Optum National Clinical Education Team focusing on orientation and development of clinical managers. She graduated Yale School of Nursing with her masters in Adult as well as Geriatric Primary Care . Her passion lies in quality comprehensive individualized geriatric medicine and coaching others on how to do this very special work. She brings a vast 22 years of experience in geriatric medicine, nursing home, assisted living, and adult day center landscapes.
