Geriatric Medicine Fellow

Alisha Garel, MD is currently a geriatric medicine fellow at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She is passionate about medical education and hospital-based geriatric patient care. She is a former board member of Women in Residency Life (WiRL), an all-women led group which supports professional development and career advancement of women in residency through education, advocacy, mentorship, and service. After completing fellowship, she will be joining the Mayo Clinic Hospital Internal Medicine group in Austin, MN as a Senior Associate Consultant hospitalist.
