Soumya Rangarajan, MD, MPP is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Geriatric and Palliative Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine at Michigan Medicine. She is a board-certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. She works primarily in the inpatient setting, in an Age-Friendly Inpatient Hospital unit, and is also Medical Director of Michigan Medicine's Hospital Care at Home program.
