Erin M. Donatelli, PharmD, BCGP
Currently serves as the Vice President of Consulting Services for Remedi SeniorCare Pharmacy. She has been a consultant pharmacist for Remedi for ten years, but has been in long term care for fifteen years. She graduated from the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy in 2007 with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and is also a board-certified geriatric pharmacist since 2012. She is currently based outside of Cleveland, Ohio.
