Karl Minges, Ph.D., MPH, is an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Department of Population Health & Leadership at the University of New Haven. He is a health services researcher who is interested in improving the health of vulnerable populations through clinical decision-making, quality measurement, and improvement and the evaluation of healthcare interventions. Dr. Minges is the principal investigator of an NIH / NIA funded study to examine the factors associated with reduced risk of rehospitalization from skilled nursing facilities.
