She applies more than 25 years in Long-Term Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) leadership, is a Certified Advance Care Plan Facilitator, and is currently the leading the standards development efforts to make advance healthcare decision documents interoperable and accessible through the HL7 PACIO Advance Directive Interoperability in FHIR Project.
Ms. Moen has served on numerous boards and industry workgroups such as the HIMSS LTPAC Committee, the HIMSS Interoperability & HIE Committee, AALNA’s Advisory Group, The Moving Forward Quality Coalition, American Council of Healthcare Executives, and National eHealth Collaborative.
Her broad industry expertise, both in provider settings and from Corporate oversight roles, makes her a coveted thought leader and public speaker on the intersection of healthcare and technology trends.
