Beware of NatCon23 Scammers

We wanted to make you aware of a common scam targeting the events industry involving fraudulent emails claiming to offer registration lists – and other information – for sale.

We have been notified about individuals reaching out to exhibitors and sponsors about registration lists. In some cases, these scammers use the “NatCon” name and logo in their email signatures.

Please note: These individuals are NOT affiliated with us. The senders are not NatCon23 partners, our IT systems have not been compromised and no lists have been illegally obtained.

We do not, and have never, sold our registration or exhibitor information to outside companies. We are working closely with our legal team to issue cease-and-desist letters to these rogue parties.

We remain committed to vigorously protecting our exhibitor and sponsor data. If you are receiving scam emails, we apologize for the inconvenience. To help us stop them, please do the following:

·       Do not engage the email sender(s).

·       Notify Alaina Herrera immediately.

·       Delete the email and block the sender.

·       Report scammers to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s fraud division.

Your safety is our top priority. Thank you for your patience as we diligently work to make your NatCon23 experience a pleasant and productive one. If you have any questions, please contact us.
