Junwoo Park is currently a master's student in the Graduate Program of Industrial Pharmaceutical Science at Yonsei University. He received his Pharm.D. from the College of Pharmacy, Yonsei University. He is currently researching the field of protein medicine at Yonsei Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Among them, the most representative project is the development of liposomes whose active pharmaceutical ingredient is proteins into dry powder inhaler formulations. Inhaled drugs can avoid systemic effects by delivering the drug locally to the lungs. He aims to control drug release and improve aerodynamic properties of dry powder through liposomal formulation.
