My name is Andrew Goodyear, PhD. I am currently a principal scientist in the bioanalytical group at NGM Biopharmaceuticals. My graduate and post-graduate work was performed at Colorado State University and focused on infectious disease immunology. I spent 5 years in the research and discovery group at Second Genome where efforts focused on identifying inflammatory bowel disease therapies from the microbiome. I transitioned to my current bioanalytical role at NGM 3 years ago, and most of my work has been related to assay development in support of immuno-oncology programs.
