David Kenna is an attorney with close to thirty years of experience with insurance coverage, bad faith, and reinsurance litigation both as a partner with Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass in New York City, as well as in-house counsel at The Hartford Financial Services Group and now with CapSpecialty Insurance n Hartford, Connecticut. Having litigated through trial a large number of insuarnce and reinsurance suits, and then managing such litigation as a client, David has significant practical experience and understands the value of training and knowledge of procedure as well as substantive knowledge of the world of insurance and reinsurance. He regularly participates inpro bono activities with the Connecticut State Wide Legal Services Group as well as Lawyers For Children America where he represents children in Child Protection proceedings.
