Charles (Chas) Reynolds is the managing partner for the Tampa office of Tyson Mendes. His practice primarily focuses on the defense of Construction Claims, Toxic Tort, and Premises Liability matters. He is a past chair of the IADC Construction Committee and present Chair of the Toxic Tort Committee. Over his 35 year career his has served as a military prosecutor, in house counsel, and insurance defense attorney defending matters throughout Florida and the Carribean. He was one of only two attorneys appointed by the Florida Bar to sit on the Florida Supreme Court Judicial Ethics Commission writing opinions related to judicial conduct and election laws. In 2022 he was appointed by the Governor of Florida to sit on the Judicial Nominating Commission, the body that screens and submits judicial nominations to the Governour.
