Ryan Joyce is an Environmental Compliance Specialist with Primoris Renewable Energy, supporting pre-development and operations teams that plan and construct renewable energy facilities. He has 21 years of professional environmental related experience on projects throughout the county. The last 18 years have focused on Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 402 permitting; NPDES permit compliance, best management practice (BMP) design and implementation, construction oversight, SWPPP development, SWPPP program audits and contractor training. His certifications include Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), Certified Erosion, Sediment and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI), Qualified Stormwater Developer (QSD) and Qualified Stormwater Practitioner (QSP). He has presented at several conferences on stormwater, best management practices and compliance monitoring, including the 2017, 2018 & 2020 IECA national conference and the 2021 EPA Region 6 conference. He formerly served on the IECA-Northeast Chapter Board of Directors as the Massachusetts Representative from 2017-2021.
