At Hazmat, companies have the option to transport their own exhibiting materials rather than ship them to the advanced warehouse before and after the show (provided that all items are able to be hand carried by the exhibiting company without the use of a trailer, dolly, or cart.) If you plan to transport your own materials to/from the conference, please review the below information.

**Please note: Exhibitors transporting their own materials MUST move all items into the exhibit hall during move-in hours on Thursday, June 6. No exceptions. After 4:00 PM on June 6, the POV lane will be closed to prepare for the outdoor exhibits.

Move-In Details

• POVs MUST enter Eutaw Street from the lane in front of the Hilton.
• Upon entry to the POV lane, exhibitors will be given a ticket to fill out with their contact info. This ticket is to be left on the vehicle's dashboard while unloading.
• Exhibitors will have approximately 30 minutes to unload. .

Move-Out Details

• At the conclusion of the event on Saturday, June 9, POV access begins at 2:00 PM to allow the outdoor exhibitors time to break down and clear the street after the exhibit hall closes at 1:00 PM.
