It is important to note deadlines for both discounted services and due dates to provide critical information (final program, housing, etc.). Please note, these deadlines may be updated as we get closer to the show.

| Outstanding balances will have a $200 late fee added to balance due | |
| April | Exhibitor Service Manual Available |
| May 4 | Discount Deadline - Hotel, or when sold out |
| May 5 | Discount Deadline - Lead Retrieval |
| May 8 | Discount Deadline - The Expo Group (Furnishings, Shipping, etc.) |
| Additional Furniture Request Form due (only booths larger than 100 SQ FT) | |
| May 10 | Discount Deadline - Early Bird Registration Ends. Rates increase May 11 |
| May 22 | Shipments accepted at Advance Warehouse |
| June 1 | Online Company Profile update deadline to be included in the mobile app. (Update) |
| Late to Warehouse Surcharge begins | |
| June 3 | Last Day for Advance Warehouse Receiving |
| June 6 | Move-In begins |
| All Indoor exhibits must be set by 5:00 PM | |
| June 7 | Outdoor exhibits must be set by 11:00 AM |
| June 9 | All booths must be removed from the exhibit hall by 5:00 PM |
