Client Forum 2023 will take place Sunday-Tuesday, May 7-9, at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Orlando, Florida. Conference attendees who stay at the Omni will receive the discounted room rate of $215 plus $10 resort fee plus tax per night.
The deadline to make your hotel reservation online has passed. If you'd still like to make a reservation at the conference hotel, please contact our registration team and let them know you would like to book a hotel room.
Reservation edits or cancellations must be made at least three days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within three days of arrival will be charged one night room and tax.
The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO), which is about 27 miles from the hotel. Airport transportation options include taxi, paid shuttle (e.g. SuperShuttle), Uber, and Lyft.
