Dr. William Suddath is the Clinical Director of Interventional Cardiology Training at the Medstar Georgetown University and the Medstar Washington Hospital Center. He has been a member of this team for the past 23 years. He is actively involved in the day to day activities of Fellowship Training for the General and Interventional Cardiology programs at Medstar and its regional hospitals. Research interests include the management of the Acute MI patient, Cardiogenic Shock, and Advanced Heart Failure Therapies. He continues to participate in many Cliinical Trials and has over 500 peer reviewed Publications with his Medstar Associates. Recently, he became the Chair of Cardiology and the Director of the Cath Lab and the regional coordinator of AMI and CGS services for the peninsula of Southern Maryland, a large referral base for Medstar affliated Tertiary Care facilties.
