Dr. David Rizik is board-certified in interventional cardiology and cardiology. He is founder and medical director of the HonorHealth Heart Group and serves as the Chief Scientific Officer and Director of Structural and Coronary Interventions at HonorHealth. He was awarded Master Interventionalist from SCAI in 2018. A distinguished researcher in interventional cardiology, he is Program Director for the Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at HonorHealth and an internal medicine and family practice residency program faculty member. He is also on faculty at Midwestern University.
Dr. David Rizik received his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Washington University in St. Louis. He completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oaks, MI.
