Adam B. Weiner, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Urology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Adjunct Assistant Professor at UCLA, where he also serves on the editorial team of European Urology. He received his bachelor’s degree from Yale University and his MD from the University of Chicago, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
He completed urology residency at Northwestern Medicine, receiving the 2019 Urology Care Foundation Residency Research Award, followed by fellowship training in urologic oncology at UCLA. During fellowship, he was awarded the Ginsburg Fellowship in Precision Genomic Medicine, a Prostate Cancer Foundation Young Investigator Award, and a Department of Defense Physician Research Award.
Dr. Weiner’s research focuses on translational and population-based approaches to urologic oncology, with particular emphasis on prostate cancer biology, imaging biomarkers, and clinical risk stratification. He has co-authored over 80 peer-reviewed publications and has received multiple institutional and national awards for peer review and medical education.
