West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine
Samuel Plaska, MS is a third-year osteopathic medical student at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and also has a master's in physiology from the University of Michigan. His current research is with Dr. Lane at the University of Michigan, studying the practice patterns of FPMRS-specialized urologists. Additionally, he has been working with Dr. Maymi-Castrodad and Dr. Gupta to publish a review article on imaging modalities and use in the diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse. As a medical student, he is very interested in the specialty of urology with a plan to apply in the 2024 Match cycle this fall and cannot wait to connect and meet other students, residents, and urologists in Chicago.
