Dr. Emily Huang was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Rice University in biochemistry and global health technologies and then went on to obtain her medical degree from the UT Southwestern Medical School with a distinction in clinical research. She is currently completing her residency training in urology at Houston Methodist Hospital where she is a part of the Resident as Teacher Program and Wellness in Training Committee. After graduating, she will pursue her fellowship at the Combined Harvard Society for Urologic Oncology Fellowship Program at Massachusetts General Brigham Hospital and will also be a Blavatnik Innovation Fellow through the Harvard HealthTech Program.
