I'm Dr Anna Ricapito, 3rd year urology resident from University of Foggia (Italy). I grew fond of Urology during medicalschool, since this specialty is a perfect combination of clinic and surgery with a wide panel of topics (oncology, stones, andrology, functional urology, and more).
During my first two years of residency, I developed a huge interest in stones and since October 2022 I 've beenan associate researcher at Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine in the amazing Dr Gupta's team, a fullfilling and enriching experience I feel lucky to have and everyone should live.
