Hirohito Naito is an assistant professor of urology at Kagawa University. His work focuses specifically on post-operative renal function in living renal transplant donors and the clinical significance of cytoreductive nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma. He was born in Yokohama, Japan, in 1982. He received MBBS degrees in Kagawa University in 2010. He trained at Kurashiki Central Hospital, one of the leading high-volume centers in Japan, particularly on laparoscopic and robotic surgery. In 2018 he won annual meeting encouragement award from the Japan Society of Urologic Oncology, which is awarded for outstanding research in the field of urological malignancies.
