Owen Lewer (BA) is a second-year medical student at the University of Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, IL interested in specializing in urology. He grew up in rural Minnesota before receiving his BA in Biology from Carthage College in Kenosha, WI. He is involved in surgical outcomes research for benign prostatic hyperplasia and is also on the board of Loyola Street Medicine as liaison to Chicago Street Medicine, advancing access to care for people experiencing unsheltered homelessness.
