My name is Amir Khan and I am a medical graduate (MBBS) from Pakistan and hold an MPH from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. I am currently employed as a Research Fellow at University of Maryland, Baltimore, in the division of Urology. My research focuses on diagnostic pathway of prostate cancer as well as its treatment modalities. I have authored numerous publications in high impact journals. I am also the recipient of the 2024 Urology Care Foundation Humanitarian Award. Working alonside my mentor, Dr. Mohummad Minhaj Siddiqui at UMB has been a great opportunity to learn core and applied skills in research. I am applying for Urology Residency in the 2025-26 cycle.
