There are two registration options for the 2023 ASCRS Scientific Meeting. You may attend in-person or purchase online access, if unable to attend (live stream of select sessions during the meeting and on-demand content after the meeting).
In-person registrants can pick up their badge at the ASCRS Registration Desk located in the Atrium Lobby of the Seattle Convention Center during the hours below:

You can add items to your registration and print a receipt at any time by going here and typing in your e-mail and badge ID. Your badge ID can be found in your email confirmation.

Everyone is invited to attend and register for the Pelvic Floor Disorders Consortium meeting. This year's topic is: Integration of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PT) for Obstructive Defecation and Posterior Prolapse. For those attending the 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting, the opportunity to register for the consortium meeting is available during the registration process. For those not attending the Annual Scientific Meeting, you may register to attend the consortium meeting without having to register for the 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting by following the same registration link. Registering for the consortium meeting will allow you to register for the Saturday Ventral Rectopexy Workshop, and Pelvic Floor Super Session on Sunday.
Be sure to renew your membership dues for 2023 to receive the member rate. No refunds will be given for renewing membership after conference registration has been completed.
Non-member residents who wish to apply for Candidate Membership and receive the Candidate Member rate must submit an application accompanied by a letter from their Program Director which includes their program beginning and end dates. ASCRS offers a sliding-scale registration fee schedule for attendees residing in many countries outside the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Payment must be made by credit card at the time of registration. Cash will not be accepted onsite in Seattle. For more questions about registration payments, email ASCRSregistration@discoversb.com.
A full refund less a $50 fee will be given for registration cancellations and registration type changes (in-person to on-demand and vice versa) if the request is received in writing to ASCRSregistration@discoversb.com prior to May 3, 2023. The fee does not apply to registrants who are only attending the Plevic Floor Consortium meeting. Refunds will not be granted after May 3, 2023, and will not be given for no-shows.
