Registration

There are two registration options for the 2023 ASCRS Scientific Meeting. You may attend in-person or purchase online access, if unable to attend (live stream of select sessions during the meeting and on-demand content after the meeting).

In-Person Registration includes:

Admission to all sessions and symposia with live-streaming of select sessions and on-demand content (available after meeting)
Opportunity to earn CME, Continous Certification, and Nursing CE
Admission to ePosters 
Admission to the Innovation Center
Admission to the Welcome Reception
Admission to the Farewell Reception

Pelvic Floor Consortium Meeting

Everyone is invited to attend and register for the Pelvic Floor Disorders Consortium meeting. This year's topic is: Integration of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PT) for Obstructive Defecation and Posterior Prolapse. For those attending the 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting, the opportunity to register for the consortium meeting is available during the registration process. For those not attending the Annual Scientific Meeting, you may register to attend the consortium meeting without having to register for the 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting by following the same registration link. Registering for the consortium meeting will allow you to register for the Saturday Ventral Rectopexy Workshop, and Pelvic Floor Super Session on Sunday.

Renew Your Membership to Get the Member Rate!

Be sure to renew your membership dues for 2023 to receive the member rate. No refunds will be given for renewing membership after conference registration has been completed.

Non-member residents who wish to apply for Candidate Membership and receive the Candidate Member rate must submit an application accompanied by a letter from their Program Director which includes their program beginning and end dates. Sliding-Scale Discounted Registration

ASCRS offers a sliding-scale registration fee schedule for attendees residing in many countries outside the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Cancellations

A full refund less a $50 fee will be given for registration cancellations and registration type changes (in-person to on-demand and vice versa) if the request is received in writing to ASCRSregistration@discoversb.com prior to May 3, 2023. Refunds will not be granted after May 3, 2023, and will not be given for no-shows.
