My name is Julie B. Bell. I live in San Antonio, Texas. I am a patient who has been Blessed with CIDP for 28 years. I medically retired in 2017 from being a Special Education Teacher. I taught for 23 years. I am the South Central Regional Director for the GBS-CIDP Foundation International as well as a liaison in the San Antonio and South Texas region. I assist volunteers from Texas, Arkansas, Louisana, and Mississippi, get in contact with new patients who have been diagnosed with GBS, CIDP, or other varients.
I have two wonderful married adult children. Emma is 32 and Tyler is 27. I also have two lovely grandchildren Ella 7, and Jaxon 2. I enjoyspending time being a "Gammy", reading, working on puzzles, going out with friends, and advocating for myself and others.
