Sam Sui, PharmD, RPh is the Utilization Management Clinical Pharmacist at Fallon Health, a regional insurer and provider of care based in Massachusetts. In his current role, Dr. Sui leads a team of pharmacists managing Fallon's pharmacy and medical benefit formularies and plays an instrumental role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of various clinical pharmacy programs. Additionally, he serves as a preceptor for APPE rotation students from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Sam graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeastern University in Boston.
