Tracy McDowd, PharmD, FAMCP, is the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, Medicare Strategy with BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Tracy received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and completed a PGY1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency with Hospital Corporation of America in partnership with the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy. Prior to her current position with BCBST, she has worked as a Regulatory Consultant within a large health system for federal payers, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare and as a Clinical Pharmacist in both the Medicare Advantage/Part D health plan and PBM settings.
