Heather Odem is the Mississippi Pharmacy Director for UnitedHealthcare Government Programs. In this position she is responsible for pharmacy financial and utilization trend monitoring and management, development of utilization management tools, and interfacing with State and other regulatory bodies. Heather has over 15 years of experience in the pharmacy industry and has served on the Professional Practice Committee with the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology from the University of California Santa Barbara, and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of the Pacific in California.
