Dr Jennifer Billings is a Director of Clinical Pharmacy at IPD Analytics. Certified in Pharmacogenomics, she has over 20 years of combined clinical practice, pharmacy benefit management, and managed care experience with expertise in pharmaceutical and laboratory clinical and coverage policy development and implementation, formulary strategy, and Medicare regulation and reimbursement. Dr Billings has published and contributed to several health economic and outcomes research works focused on personalized medicine and digital therapeutics using real-world data from insured patient populations. At IPD, Jennifer takes a wholistic approach to helping payers and providers across the pharmaceutical industry predict, track, and analyze catalysts impacting the pharmaceutical landscape.
