Ingrid Thieman is a Coordinator of Clinical Pharmacy Programs with Kaiser Permanente Washington (KPWA). She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree and PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency with the University of Washington in Seattle. Before joining KPWA, Dr. Thieman spent several years in clinical pharmacy practice for a hospital-based outpatient clinic, served as a primary preceptor for longitudinal residency practice and research experiences, and served as a clinical instructor with the University of WA. In her role with KPWA, she has developed clinical and affordability centered pharmacy programs in family practice and with contracted partners in WA. She has experience supporting the development and implementation of a pharmacy-focused shared savings initiative with one of KPWA’s largest contracted hospital-based systems.
