VWB3 - CANCELLED: Enhancing Data Literacy for Policymaking with Public Dashboards

A well-designed dashboard is a catalyst for data-driven conversations. In this presentation, participants will become familiar with the value of public data dashboards for enhancing the understanding and use of program administrative and performance data among policymakers and community partners. Key takeaways for participants include best practices and insights in data visualization and accessibility, dashboard performance, and interprofessional collaboration. The presentation will conclude with a demonstration of public Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) dashboards developed by Healthy Montana Families (HMF) for the 2023 Montana Legislative Session.
