Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations

ADCES23 is a premier event, and there are unscrupulous companies using the meeting to make false offers of registration and housing reservations. You may receive advertisements, e-mails or phone calls from these companies. Registration and housing should only be accessed from the ADCES Annual Conference main website, www.adces23.org.

Please note that MCI USA Events is the official housing provider for ADCES23. ADCES has been made aware of pirate housing companies (unofficial housing companies) that may be pursuing ADCES attendees to book their rooms at supposedly significant discounts. These companies are not authorized to represent ADCES, nor do they have access to officially contracted room blocks or rates on behalf of the organization.

For your own protection, please do not make reservations through any other housing companies. If you receive a call or email from any company that is not the ADCES' official housing provider, MCI USA Events, please email meetings@adces.org

Hotel Requests

The ADCES23 room block closes on Friday, July 14, 2023. Any changes/cancellations to your reservations after this deadline will need to be made directly with your hotel.

Confirmations

Expect an acknowledgement from MCI emailed within 24 hours once your reservation has been made. This acknowledgement serves as a notification that MCI has received your request form and has assigned you a hotel. It is also confirmation of your hotel room/reservation.

Deposit Policy and Payment

You will be required to submit a credit card to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made online or forwarded in writing to MCI at adces@mcievents.com up to Friday, July 7, 2023. After this date, please contact your hotel directly. Please refer to your specific hotel’s policy for cancellation without penalty. No-shows on-site will be considered a cancellation and will be charged a one-night room rate.

Substitutions/Arrival or Departure Changes

Changes to reservations may be made until Friday, July 7, 2023 without penalty through MCI. After this date, changes to your reservation must be made directly through the hotel. Please refer to your specific hotel’s policy for cancellation without penalty and early departure fees.
