Dr. Patrick Ruck, DDS is a full-time assistant professor of dentistry at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) in Cincinnati, Ohio. Previously, Patrick was in full time practice at Cherokee Indian Hospital with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indian in Cherokee, North Carolina and at Tséhootsooí Medical Center with the Navajo Nation while serving in the National Health Service Corps. In Navajo Nation, Patrick had the pleasure of serving the Navajo Nation's only school located on the Navajo Reservation dedicated to the care and education of children (ages 6 to 22) SMASE, in addition to serving the surrounding geriatric special needs population. Patrick’s research and practice interests are in dental materials, integration of new materials procedures with hospital dental programs and hospital pediatric dentistry populations. He enjoys all aspects of pediatric and general dentistry. He resides in Cincinnati with his wife Magdalena, daughter Carolina, and two dogs Waffles and Maple Syrup.
