Cancellation Policy The American Academy of Implant Dentistry - Central District reserves the right to cancel all or any part of this course should circumstances warrant such action. In the event the meeting is cancelled, the Central District will refund the full tuition and will not be responsible for any other damages. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by May 5, 2023 for a 100% refund; or between May 6 and May 12, 2023, for a 50% refund. Due to advance commitments to the hotel, no refunds will be made after May 12, 2023. All cancellations will be subject to a $50 administrative fee, regardless of when cancellation notice received.
