Katherine L. Modzelewski, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine and a practicing clinical endocrinologist in the Section of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Nutrition and Weight Management at Boston Medical Center. She completed her undergraduate education at Boston College and medical education at New York Medical College. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Endocrinology at Boston Medical Center, where she now serves as an Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency. Her clinical interests include mobile health, diabetes technology and transgender medicine. Clinical research interests include diabetes outcomes, endocrine fellowship training in diabetes technology, and technology usage in underserved populations.
