Navneet Navneet is a PhD student at the Department of Food Science, University of Guelph, Canada. Her research focuses on developing functional dry bean flours using various thermal and non-thermal (physical) processing technologies for utilization in bakery industry. Along with devloping high-protein, plant-based, gluten-free bakery food ingredients, this study also targets to open new market opportunities for the Canadian-grown dry beans.
