Jeannine Creazzo, MLIS, MBA, AHIP, is the Director, Medical Library, Continuing Education, and Research at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset, a member of RWJBarnabasHealth, in Somerville, New Jersey. She oversees reference, interlibrary loan, and circulation services for the Somerset campus, two additional campuses, and all fifteen Children’s Specialized Hospital locations. At the Somerset campus, she is also the Continuing Medical Education program’s administrator and the Schwartz Rounds program’s Site Coordinator. Jeannine received her Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Saint John’s University, her MLIS from Long Island University, and her MBA from the University of Phoenix. Jeannine is a National Network of Libraries of Medicine Region 1 Library Advisory Board Member and a member of Wolters Kluwer Ovid Leaders Advisory Council.
She has served on numerous committees and in board positions, including President, of both the Health Sciences Library Association of New Jersey (HSLANJ) and the New Jersey chapter of SLA. A member of MLA since 1998, Jeannine has served on the Instructional Design Curriculum Committee, the Leadership Management Caucus’ Mission, Priorities, & Objectives Subcommittee, the Membership Committee and the Professional Development Jury. Her name appears on the Hospital Library Caucus’ Scroll of Exemplary Service. Currently, she is a member of the Liberty Chapter, the Hospital Library Caucus’ Membership Committee, and the Research Caucus’ Activities Review Committee, and is the Community Manager of the Leadership and Management Caucus.
